Questions from salon owners choosing a system
Is it a complete system or just a diary?
It's complete: online diary with a booking link, client records with consultation forms, takings, bills, commission, course packages and reports. On AI plans, you also get the assistant on WhatsApp. Use only what you need.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Cílea runs in the browser on your computer and mobile, and you can add it to your phone's home screen like an app. Each team member logs in with their own access.
How does the WhatsApp assistant work?
On plans with the assistant, you connect your salon's number and it replies to clients using your salon's details: it answers questions, shows free slots, books and reschedules. When it doesn't know or the client asks, it hands the chat over to you.
Do I need a card to try it?
No. The trial is 14 days free, with no card. To carry on after the trial, add your card by the last day.
What counts as a conversation?
One client chatting with the assistant on one day. If she sends ten messages that day, it counts as one conversation. Going over your plan is never charged without your approval.
How does cancelling work?
No contract and no fees: cancel from your dashboard whenever you like. Your data is kept for 90 days, and you can download everything during that time.
